We believe that good mentors will work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and assess strategies to get you closer to your goals. We provide honest and constructive feedback, help you develop self-awareness, and inspire you to reach beyond your own perceived limitations. At AMCP we utilize our network through our partners in the music industry to guide you in your career pursuits. Our job is to pass on knowledge to you and support actionable steps and implementations. Our Team Member "Yardstick" Many aspiring musicians have loads of passion but very little knowledge about the business itself. Without a well thought-out, executable plan, they often become overwhelmed or frustrated and self doubt creeps in, causing their passion to fade and too often they eventually lose interest. Or they get caught in a web which stunts their growth and prevents them from developing to their full potential. Realising this common trend, and acknowledging the need for continued broadening and expansion in the industry, The Inspire Foundation has embarked on this program which seeks to motivate, inspire, stretch, supportand guide young artists. While there are many experienced musicians who mentor on an informal basis, this program is designed to bring more structure, thought and creativityto the process. *A FREE CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED to assess all specifics for the event.
